Job summary

atNorth is growing its Nordic IT organization and seeks an IT Support Specialist to deliver hands-on, onsite support for about 100 employees in Denmark. You will partner with central IT teams in Iceland and external providers to ensure a seamless technology experience.

Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure and IT Support, you will help onboard and offboard users, manage devices, and drive local support improvements while upholding security standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT Support or a similar role.
• Hands-on onsite IT support in a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting laptops, mobile devices and workplace tech.
• Experience working with ticketing/ITSM systems.
• Knowledge of Windows environments.
• Fluency in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite first- and second-line IT support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and workplace technology issues.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including account administration and device preparation.
• Install, configure and maintain laptops, mobile devices and workplace equipment.
• Manage IT assets and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
• Collaborate with IT Support, Infrastructure, Cyber Security and IT Operations teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to local support routines.
• Occasional travel between atNorth datacenter locations within Denmark for on-site IT support.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and security standards.
