Job summary

atNorth is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite support for approx. 100 employees in Denmark, working with Nordic IT teams. You will help with onboarding, device preparation and day-to-day IT needs while ensuring policy compliance and service quality.

You will join a growing Nordic IT organization, collaborating with central teams in Iceland and external vendors, with a focus on scalable, service-oriented support and excellent employee experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT Support or similar roles.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 environments.
• Windows environments and workplace IT infrastructure knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite first- and second-line IT support for ~100 employees in Denmark.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and workplace technology issues.
• Support onboarding/offboarding activities and device preparation.
• Install, configure and maintain laptops, mobile devices and equipment.
• Maintain IT assets and documentation.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
• Collaborate with IT Support, Infrastructure, Cyber Security and IT Operations teams.
• Occasional travel between atNorth datacenters within the country.
