Job summary

A client-site freelancer is sought to deliver IT and End User Support along with Network Support in a Danish location. You will handle L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, plus troubleshooting of Windows, M365, Outlook, Teams, VPN, and business apps.

Network duties include LAN/WAN, switches, routers, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and basic VPN configuration. You will manage onboarding/offboarding, Active Directory basics, IMAC tasks, and incident management via ITSM tools,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Network Support, or Infrastructure Support.
• Hands-on troubleshooting across end-user IT and network connectivity.
• Experience with ITSM processes and SLA-based support.
• CCNA or equivalent networking knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical support to users for desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN, and business applications.
• Perform hardware installation, replacement, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Support user onboarding/offboarding, account access, and basic Active Directory activities.
• Handle IMAC activities – Install, Move, Add & Change.
• Manage and resolve incidents/service requests through ITSM/ticketing tools.
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams when required.
• Provide hands-on support for LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot switches, routers, access points, network ports, and cabling.
• Perform basic configuration and troubleshooting of VLANs, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and VPN.
• Coordinate with Network/Infrastructure teams for complex network incidents.
• Assist with network changes, upgrades, and site implementation activities.
