Job summary

RED Global seeks an L1/L2 IT Support Engineer for a technical, operational environment in Copenhagen. This role involves troubleshooting across applications, OS and infrastructure, with a focus beyond a pure service desk.

Key tasks include networking/log analysis, scripting/automation, and root-cause analysis with escalation when required. Kubernetes, VMware, Apache/JBoss, SQL/Oracle or Java are advantageous but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish & English required and willing to obtain Danish security clearance.
• Comfort troubleshooting across applications, operating systems and infrastructure.
• On-site work at 100% locality in the Copenhagen area.
