Job summary

Coforge is seeking an Onsite IT Support Engineer to deliver hands-on field support at customer sites in Denmark. The role covers IMACD, deskside services, and end-user computing across Windows and Linux environments.

You will work with remote teams and vendors to install, configure, and troubleshoot devices, printers, and conference room tech while ensuring minimal downtime and high user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3–6 years of onsite IT support, field services, or deskside support experience.
• Fluent in English and Danish (local language).
• Microsoft endpoint support certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated field support at customer locations ensuring end-user device operation and site infrastructure.IMACD activities, deskside support, hardware configurations, and remote coordination.
• Serve as primary onsite technical contact for end users and respond to incidents and service requests.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux client devices; perform OS installs when remote tools are unavailable.
• Manage printer and AV equipment, conference room tech, and peripheral devices; coordinate with remote teams and vendors.
• Coordinate with OEMs for hardware repairs and lifecycle activities; maintain asset inventories.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in ITSM system; meet SLA targets.
