Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in commodity polymers, petrochemicals, or chemical trading, ideally with PP and PE.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field.
• Fluency in English, plus Swedish and/or Danish.
• Willing to be present at customer sites and travel around 40% of time.
• Independent in fast-changing environment and able to work under pressure.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers.
• Represent company strategy while prioritizing customer interests.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the Nordic region and grow sales with existing customers.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts.
• Monitor market environment: trends, price movements, competition, demand patterns.
• Provide technical and commercial customer advice with the Technical Services team.
• Negotiate and conclude framework agreements and customer projects.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and other departments to ensure timely delivery.
