Job summary

Open is looking for a Business Development Representative to open doors in the Nordic market. You will research target accounts, initiate conversations with support and CX leaders, and book qualified meetings for our Account Executives. This role suits someone early in their sales career who wants rapid growth.

You will build prospect lists, run outbound campaigns, qualify inbound leads, and keep the CRM up to date while collaborating with marketing on messaging and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Native or professional Nordic language (spoken and written).
• Excellent English communication and clear writing/speaking.
• Organized, persistent, and able to perform outbound outreach in a fast-moving startup.

Responsibilities

• Build target account lists and prospect research in your market.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to CX leaders.
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain a clean CRM and report on outreach effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on messaging and campaigns.
