Job summary

EG, a Nordic software company, seeks a driven BDR to own pipeline generation for its Nordic SMB growth. You’ll design and run multi-channel outbound sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn) across whitespace accounts, using Apollo, Salesloft, and Claude AI agents, with Salesforce in the mix.

From day one you’ll own outbound numbers end-to-end, conduct fast inbound qualification, and partner with Account Executives and RevOps to sharpen targeting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a BDR/ SDR/ inside sales role, ideally in B2B SaaS/tech.
• Fluent English with at least one Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish).
• Experience using multi-channel outbound cadences and modern sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Build multi-channel outbound sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn) across whitespace accounts.
• Conduct high-volume, well-researched cold calling as part of pipeline generation.
• Own inbound lead qualification and respond within a sub-10-minute speed-to-lead benchmark.
