Job summary

Ramcon is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a six-person Product Specialist team and translate strategic ambitions into concrete commercial actions. The role is based in a Nordic context with strong customer interactions and long-term partnerships.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting and pipeline management, strengthen customer and supplier relationships, and identify new opportunities across Life Science, Healthcare, Medical Technology, Chemistry and Industrial applications.

Qualifications

• Experience leading specialist sales teams.
• Strong commercial and business development capabilities.
• Experience managing complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
• Coaching and performance‑oriented leadership style.
• Ability to build trust across customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience from Life Science, Diagnostics, Laboratory Solutions, Medical Technology or related technical industry.
