Job summary

GlobalConnect is seeking a Performance Management, Lean & Continuous Improvement Lead to shape how operational performance is driven across Denmark, Sweden and Norway. You will establish a common Nordic approach within the Strategic Transformation and Operational Excellence team, collaborating with management and leaders to embed PM, Lean and continuous improvement in daily operations.

• Solid experience in Performance Management and Lean.
• Experience driving implementations across countries, functions and units.
• Operational or production background with measurable results.
• Proven track record turning insights into concrete improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a common Nordic Performance Management and Lean system with KPIs and dashboards.
• Build Nordic CI pipeline and drive structured root-cause analyses.
• Train and coach leaders and staff in PM, Lean and practical problem-solving.
• Track improvements with stakeholders and identify automation opportunities.
