Job summary

Norlys is seeking a Transformation Director to lead the PMO and drive the integration of Telia Denmark into Norlys. You will enable strategic execution, partner with senior leaders, and ensure delivery across technology, operations and commercial workstreams in one of Denmark's most significant transformations.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in large-scale transformation programmes.
Proven track record delivering complex integrations or transformation projects.
Strong ability to manage risks, dependencies and critical paths.
Excellent stakeholder management across senior leadership.
Experience supporting executive decision-making and governance processes.

Responsibilities

Drive integrated planning across multiple programme workstreams.
Manage interdependencies and ensure programme alignment.
Identify risks and drive mitigation actions before impact.
Create transparency on progress, milestones and value realisation.
Support executive governance and steering committee decisions.
Resolve bottlenecks and enable teams to execute.
Establish governance structures and ways of working for delivery.
