Job summary

L’Oréal Danmark A/S seeks a strategic Data Insight partner to drive the Nordics Hub data transformation. You will translate complex data into business narratives guiding commercial decisions and shaping strategy across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.

Use SQL and Python to build robust pipelines and automate processes, and develop Power BI dashboards that connect back-end data with commercial needs while influencing senior stakeholders toward data-led choices.

Qualifications

• Background in a technical or analytical field is required.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Commercial acumen and ability to influence senior decisions with data-led insights.
• Strong foundation in SQL and front-end dashboard development.
• Entrepreneurial initiative and structured problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into data solutions and front-end dashboards (PowerBI) for growth and efficiency.
• Build robust data pipelines and automations using SQL and Python.
