Job summary

GlobalConnect A/S is seeking a Performance Management, Lean & Continuous Improvement Lead to shape how operational performance is driven across Denmark, Sweden and Norway. This Nordic role sits in the Strategic Transformation and Operational Excellence team and collaborates with management and leaders to embed new ways of working.

Qualifications

• Solid experience within Performance Management and Lean.
• Experience in driving Performance Management and Lean implementation across countries, functions, and organisational units.
• Practical experience from operational or production environment.
• A track record of working with Continuous Improvement turning insights and data into concrete operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a common Nordic Performance Management and Lean system, including relevant KPIs and dashboards, daily, weekly, and monthly planning and performance dialogues.
• Build and prioritise a Nordic pipeline of Continuous Improvement initiatives and drive structured root-cause analysis and cross-functional improvements.
• Train and coach leaders and employees in Performance Management, Lean, and practical problem-solving, helping embed new ways of working into daily operations.
• Track realised improvements together with relevant stakeholders and identify opportunities where process improvements can enable further automation.
