Job summary

Norlys is seeking a Transformation Director to lead the PMO and drive the integration of Telia Denmark into Norlys. The role focuses on turning strategy into execution, ensuring momentum, transparency, and decisive governance across a broad, cross-functional programme.

You will partner with senior leaders, external partners and workstream leads to align priorities and deliver tangible business outcomes while navigating complex change and interdependencies.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large scale transformation programmes.
• Strong risk, dependency and critical path management skills.
• Proven ability to drive strategic execution and value realisation.
• Experience supporting executive decision-making and governance processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management across senior leadership teams.
• Experience with organisational change, integration, or transformation programmes.
• Analytical problem-solver capable of navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Drive integrated planning across multiple workstreams and interdependencies.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation actions.
• Create transparency on progress, milestones and value realisation.
• Support executive governance, leadership forums and steering committees.
