GRAM A/S is seeking a General Manager for Denmark to lead the commercial transformation and growth across Scandinavia. You will drive P&L accountability, shape a new go-to-market strategy, and align with the Board and HQ to accelerate profitable growth across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.

You will review the current business model, customer base, sales channels and cost structure, translating insights into a clear growth plan while leading organizational change and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Must have held a senior leadership role with P&L accountability.
• Strong track record delivering commercial transformation and growth.
• Experience in international or multi-market environments with change management.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for GRAM Denmark and Scandinavia, including P&L, commercial performance and targets.
• Define and implement a new go-to-market strategy and business model, including sales channels, pricing, logistics and after-sales service.
• Drive profitable top- and bottom-line growth and strengthen GRAM's market position.
• Review and implement organisational structures, responsibilities, processes and reporting to support the new business model.
• Lead the organisation through change while maintaining business continuity and engagement.
• Develop brand and marketing strategy and align with the Board, shareholders and HQ.
