Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring a General Manager to lead the country strategy in Denmark, with a strong focus on sales, delivery, KPI setting, and hiring. This in-country role requires an execution-oriented operator who can drive initiatives across top strategic accounts and partnerships.

The role emphasizes building and scaling high-performing teams, hands-on leadership, and native language fluency for optimal local impact. Remote-first from Denmark, preferably Copenhagen, with high autonomy.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading teams and highly complex projects.
• Background in consulting and sales.
• Deep expertise in deploying technical products and/or solutions to enterprises.
• Owner mentality. Hands-on and self-starter who is keen to get their hands dirty to produce results.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A hands-on leader who thinks outside the box and wants to generate results.
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
• Native speaker of the local language.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute our Country strategy, including sales, customer delivery, KPI setting and hiring.
• Design the optimal pipeline to reach our ambitious sales targets in the B2B side; lead interactions with the top 30 strategic accounts in the market.
• Hire the founding country team responsible for sales and implementations.
• Define event priorities and where to invest for brand awareness.
• Represent ElevenLabs in events and media appearances.
• Work with the partner ecosystem to generate new collaborations and sales opportunities, in partnership with the global BD team.
• Ideate, own and drive big bets in the country.
