Bahn in Copenhagen is seeking a native Danish speaking, fluent English sales leader to drive the Danish commercial expansion. You’ll sell and grow accounts with the Copenhagen team, and lead the Danish Sales & AM group.

The role emphasizes accountability, data-driven decision making, and building a customer-focused, high-performing team. You will recruit and onboard future sales hires as the business scales.

• Proven track record in B2B sales and account growth.
• Strong leadership of sales and account teams.
• Native Danish with fluent English and excellent Danish writing.
