Job summary

GRAM A/S in Denmark seeks a General Manager to lead the Scandinavian business with full P&L accountability. You will shape strategy, accelerate growth, and implement a new go-to-market approach across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.

You will review the current model, customer base and channels, and translate them into a profitable growth plan. Travel is expected within Scandinavia; place of work is Løsning, Denmark.

Qualifications

• You have held a senior position such as CEO, General Manager or Sales Director with P&L responsibility.
• You communicate fluently in Danish and English and can work with IT/CRM systems.
• Educational background includes a Master's or MBA in commercial business fields.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for GRAM Denmark and Scandinavia, incl. P&L and targets.
• Define and implement a new go-to-market strategy and business model.
• Drive top- and bottom-line growth and strengthen market position.
• Review structure, processes and reporting to support the new model.
• Lead organizational change while maintaining continuity and motivation.
• Develop brand and marketing strategy and align with HQ.
