Allianz Commercial seeks a Regional Managing Director Nordics to lead Denmark, Sweden and Finland from Copenhagen or Stockholm. You will drive profitable growth, build client-focused cultures grounded in underwriting integrity, and shape strategy across the Nordics.

You will oversee a regional team of roughly 50 professionals, align go-to-market strategies, and partner with Allianz Group stakeholders to deliver value, growth, and transformational leadership across the region.
