Shine is seeking a General Manager for Denmark to run the market as one business with a single budget and unified go-to-market strategy. You will own total Danish revenue and lead the local commercial team, aligning product lines and channels to drive growth.

You will coordinate with global product teams and finance partners, and you will operate in a PE-backed/post-merger context, ensuring strong CAC/payback metrics and a single, coherent market plan. Based in Copenhagen with English fluency.

Qualifications

• Own a market or business-unit revenue number in B2B software, fintech or SaaS.
• Managed a real commercial budget and CAC/payback metrics.
• Led multiple product lines under one budget.
• Built or rebuilt a commercial team and led through change.
• Experience in PE-backed or post-merger environments.
• Based in Denmark, Copenhagen area; fluent in English.
