Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking a Product Specialist (Passenger Cars) to lead localization of our passenger car portfolio in Denmark. You will coordinate with Europe/China teams to feed market trends and policy changes back into product strategy, ensuring successful deployment and launches.

Reporting to the Nordic Product Manager and the Danish Country Manager, you will analyze pricing dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to optimize market positioning and support the European BEV

Qualifications

Proven ability to conduct market research and analyze pricing.
Experience translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong communication and presentation capabilities across functions.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth market research on Danish passenger car landscape, pricing dynamics, and incentives.
Provide local market and competitor analyses to support pricing strategies.
Prepare segment and product analyses to identify trends and opportunities for market positioning.
Interpret data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Coordinate pre-launch activities with marketing, PR, sales, and partners to ensure timely asset delivery.
Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure transparent product introductions.
Monitor market dynamics and policy developments to identify risks and opportunities for localization.
Coordinate input from users, dealers, and authorities into regionalized product adaptations.
