BYD Europe is seeking a Customer Care Specialist in Denmark to resolve customer queries and ensure service excellence. You will support aftersales, implement new processes, monitor KPIs, and collaborate across teams to improve the customer experience.

You will manage data through CRM, ensure compliance with data protection rules, and drive a customer-centric approach with cross-department coordination. Fluency in Danish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Minimum 5 years in a Service Advisor or similar role.
• Excellent Danish and English language skills.
• Strong communication, coordination and data-analysis abilities.

Responsabilités

• Ensure customer experience ties with dealers within the NSC.
• Implement new structures and processes; manage administration of BYD customer service in designated regions.
• Monitor KPIs like response times and customer satisfaction (NPS).
• Ensure compliance with data protection rules and other regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners and service providers to optimize communication and data management.
• Drive a customer-centric approach and provide data-driven insights.
