Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a software engineering team, including employee development, onboarding, and performance follow-up.
• Create clarity on priorities, expectations, and responsibilities while helping the team grow and adapt.
• Manage capacity, priorities, and resource allocation in close collaboration with projects and other leaders.
• Build trusted working relationships across Defense Air and the wider organization.
