• Proven experience leading people, teams, or technical work.
• Understanding of software engineering and what motivates skilled engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a software engineering team within Defense Air.
• Create clarity on priorities, expectations, and responsibilities while helping the team grow and adapt.
• Manage capacity, priorities, and resource allocation in close collaboration with projects and other leaders.
• Build trusted working relationships across Defense Air and the wider organization.
