Job summary

Sprii is seeking a Junior Live Commerce Manager to help brands grow through live video commerce across Europe. You will act as a mix of strategic advisor and project manager, teaching brands how to build a business on Sprii and ensuring they win with live shopping.

This role is based in Aarhus, on-site, with strong growth potential in a fast‑growing live commerce platform. You should be early in your career, English proficient, and eager to learn and own your own pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English – and maybe bilingual. You speak English – and preferably, you speak an additional language such as Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch, Finnish, or German
• Into e-commerce with genuine interest in how online brands grow and career in digital commerce
• Tech savvy, quick to master a new platform
• A problem solver who finds a way around walls
• Up for the start-up deal with ownership and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Advise brands on growth with live shopping: strategy, planning, and hands-on project management around their shows
• Get customers adopting new features and formats, showing what a strong show looks like
• Support customers on the Sprii platform day to day, ensuring they maximize value
• Help grow markets, working directly with brands to win new ground
• Build real relationships; treat customers like colleagues rather than accounts
• Own your pipeline; build and manage your own customer pipeline with sales and other colleagues

Sprii helps brands go live and turn shoppable video into revenue. So far that adds up to 3,000+ brands, 72,000+ live shopping events, and €365M in revenue generated. Names you know run their live shopping on Sprii (LEGO, MediaMarkt, Matas, BabySam), and so do hundreds of other brands.

We are looking for a Junior Live Commerce Manager to help those brands grow. Part strategic advisor, part project manager, and the person they trust to get the most out of the Sprii platform. You teach brands how to build a business on live shopping and video commerce, and you make sure they win with it. This is a position with a huge personal growth potential.

What you will do:

• Advise brands on how to grow with live shopping: strategy, planning, and hands‑on project management around their shows.
• Get customers adopting new features and formats, and show them what a strong show actually looks like.
• Support your customers on the Sprii platform day to day, so they always know how to get the most out of it.
• Help grow our markets. Work directly with brands and help us win new ground.
• Build real relationships. Our customers feel more like 1,000 colleagues than accounts, and that is on purpose.
• Own your pipeline. Build and manage your own customer pipeline together with sales and other colleagues.

Who you are

• Driven and early in your career. Maybe you just finished your Business High School or another relevant education (Marketing Management), or maybe you have a couple of years behind you. What matters is the drive to grow fast, not the length of your CV.
• Proficiency in English – and maybe bilingual. You speak English – and preferably, you speak an additional language such as Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch, Finnish, or German
• Into e-commerce. You have a real and genuine interest in e-commerce and how online brands grow, and you are keen to make a career within digital commerce.
• Comfortable with tech. You are tech savvy, genuinely interested in software, and quick to master a new platform.
• A problem solver. When you hit a wall, you find a way around it.
• Up for the start-up deal. Real ownership, room to find your own answers, and a team that works hard and has fun doing it.
