Job summary

Sprii, Europe’s leading Video Commerce platform, is seeking a DACH Sales Executive in Aarhus to own the full sales cycle from outreach to close. You’ll engage top retail and e-commerce brands, turning complex buying processes into revenue growth through Live Shopping and video commerce.

You’ll hunt for major brands, build long-term senior stakeholder relationships, and collaborate with Marketing, QA, SDR and Customer Success to drive strategic deals across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SaaS sales in DACH target markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
• Track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to manage long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills
• Strategic, curious, and commercial mindset with senior stakeholder engagement

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close for DACH customers
• Identify major brands and large webshops and position Sprii as the top Live Shopping solution
• Build long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders across e-commerce and retail
• Show how Sprii drives revenue, engagement, and customer loyalty through Live Shopping

• Shape Sprii's growth strategy in key European markets through strategic deals

What you'll be doing

As a DACH Sales Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle, from identifying the right brands to closing high-value deals. You'll be a trusted advisor to leading retail and e-commerce companies and help them succeed through Live Shopping and Video Commerce.

Full-cycle ownership:You'll drive the entire sales process from outreach and discovery to negotiation and close.

Hunting & acquiring:Identify major brands and large webshops, understand their commercial goals, and position Sprii as the #1 solution.

Building strong relationships:You'll develop long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders, from e-commerce and SoMe managers to C-level decision-makers.

Creating commercial impact:You'll understand our customers' growth levers and showcase how Sprii drives revenue, engagement, and loyalty.

Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with QA, SDR, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless sales journey.

Driving strategic deals: You'll shape Sprii's growth in key markets and help define how Live Shopping evolves across Europe.

Who you are

You're a natural closer who understands complex buying processes and thrives on achieving big numbers. You bring:

• Strong experience in SaaS sales in DACH, ideally towards mid-market or enterprise companies
• A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
• Confidence in managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• A strategic, curious, and commercial mindset with strong business understanding
• Confidence presenting to decision-makers both online and in-person
• Fluent German and English
