Job summary

GANNI is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to secure and streamline global IT operations, with hands‑on responsibility for device management, onboarding/offboarding, and security awareness. You will work across our international teams to implement scalable, modern solutions and help sustain a fast‑growing fashion brand.

You will lead 2nd line IT support, contribute to AI and automation efforts, and manage licenses and internal IT documentation.

YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU

As our new IT Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless IT operations, maintaining a secure tech environment, and supporting our global teams with scalable, modern solutions. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑growing, international fashion brand - perfect for a tech‑savvy talent who loves solving problems, enjoys structure, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

In this role, you will help secure smooth daily IT operations across Ganni’s global organization. You will lead our device management, handle onboarding & offboarding, and take ownership of our cyber security awareness program.

Responsibilities ahead of you

IT Operations & Security

• Manage our Mac & Windows mobile device platforms
• Drive our Cyber Security Awareness & Phishing training program
• Handle 2nd line incidents and major incident escalations together with our external ServiceDesk
• Contribute to business continuity and other security initiatives

AI & Automation

• Support & drive existing AI initiatives and automation configurations
• Actively contribute to new AI & Automation initiatives

People & Processes

• Lead onboarding & offboarding (hardware, access, mobile setup)
• Manage and optimise software licences across key systems
• Build & maintain internal IT documentation and guidelines

Retail & Vendor Coordination

• Support Retail Tech at our stores (hardware, networks & systems)
• Oversee external ServiceDesk vendor performance
• Drive root‑cause analysis and process improvements together with our external ServiceDesk

On‑site Support

• Provide 2nd line support at CPH HQ when cases are escalated from our external ServiceDesk
• Maintain and improve our HQ meeting room setup

WHAT ELSE?

• Based at Copenhagen HQ
• Working across global markets - international mindset required
• Close collaboration with our IT Operations Manager
• 2-4 years of experience from a similar role and ready to learn fast, stay curious, and deliver quality
• There are currently no travel activities, but it is anticipated that travel will be required in the future (max. 10 days/year)
