GANNI is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to secure and streamline global IT operations, with hands‑on responsibility for device management, onboarding/offboarding, and security awareness. You will work across our international teams to implement scalable, modern solutions and help sustain a fast‑growing fashion brand.

You will lead 2nd line IT support, contribute to AI and automation efforts, and manage licenses and internal IT documentation.

• Manage IT operations and security across the global organization.
• Lead device management, onboarding/offboarding, and license management.
• Drive cyber security awareness, phishing training, and incident handling with ServiceDesk.
• Support AI initiatives and automation projects.
• Provide on‑site HQ support in Copenhagen and collaborate with Retail Tech.
