Job summary

Too Good To Go in Copenhagen is seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator to maintain and evolve our cloud-first IT infrastructure. You will ensure stability, security, and efficiency of core systems across our global team, with a strong emphasis on automation.

You will manage identity management and productivity platforms (JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), collaborate across departments on IT projects, and contribute to scalable, secure operations in a fast-paced international

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a Systems Administration or Systems Engineer role with a demonstrable focus on cloud-based environments.
• Proven experience administering identity platforms (JumpCloud, Okta) and cloud productivity suites (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
• A genuine passion for automation. Practical experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python, GAM) is a significant plus, but a strong desire to learn and apply these skills is key.
• Proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced international environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Automation & Enhancement: Proactively identify and implement automation solutions to streamline IT and business workflows. You will help manage and enhance our core cloud infrastructure, ensuring it remains secure and performant.
• Cloud Platform Administration: Take the lead on administering our key platforms, including JumpCloud and productivity suites (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
• Technical Escalation & Problem Solving: Serve as the go-to technical resource for the IT Support team on complex systems-level challenges, providing lasting solutions.
• Project Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments on global IT projects, from planning and implementation to user training and support.
• Vendor & Documentation Management: Assist in managing relationships with technology vendors and develop clear, comprehensive documentation for our systems and processes.

Your mission

Your mission is to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the core IT systems that empower our global team to fight food waste. You will be a key player in managing and evolving our cloud-first infrastructure, with a strong focus on automating processes to enhance productivity. By managing our critical platforms, such as our identity management and productivity suites (including JumpCloud, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365), you will directly contribute to the success of our mission by enabling our teams to work seamlessly and securely across the globe.

Your role

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our cloud-native IT environment, focusing on enhancing and automating our core systems to support our global team. This is a hands‑on role where you will directly impact the efficiency and scalability of our IT landscape.
