GANNI is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to keep our global tech running and secure our digital future from Copenhagen HQ. You will lead device management, onboarding/offboarding, and own the cyber security awareness program, supporting teams across markets with scalable, modern IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy and curious professional with a service-minded attitude.
• Structured, reliable and proactive mindset, owning responsibilities.
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar IT operations/security role.

Responsibilities

• Drive Cyber Security Awareness & Phishing training program.
• Handle 2nd line incidents and major incident escalations with external ServiceDesk.
• Contribute to business continuity and other security initiatives.
• Support & drive existing AI initiatives and automation configurations.
• Lead onboarding & offboarding (hardware, access, mobile setup).
• Manage and optimise software licences across key systems.
• Build & maintain internal IT documentation and guidelines.
• Support Retail Tech at stores (hardware, networks & systems).
• Drive root‑cause analysis and process improvements with ServiceDesk.
• Provide 2nd line on-site support at HQ when escalations occur.
• Maintain and improve HQ meeting room setup.
