Trackunit is seeking an IoT Services Manager to own end-to-end customer-facing project management, installer relationships, and IoT technical account management for their region. You will be the primary technical point of contact for device, fleet, and IoT solution health from installation through fleet-health optimization and lifecycle support.

Formación

• Experience in IoT/telematics hardware environments.
• Ability to interpret fleet-health data and advise customers.
• Experience in customer-facing project management or deployment operations.
• Strong organizational skills with installer networks and concurrent programs.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary technical contact for IoT-scope customer accounts, guiding hardware and configuration from onboarding through fleet-health optimization.
• Own technical configuration across CAN/Modbus profiles, firmware management (FOTA), and device operating modes.
• Monitor fleet and device health, investigate non-reporting devices, and mitigate risks before impact.
• Collaborate with Key Account Directors and Customer Success Managers on technical discussions and upsell opportunities.
• Lead project management and coordination for regional device and fleet installation programs from intake to completion.
• Act as the main liaison between customers, sales, and internal technical teams to ensure on-time, on-spec deliveries.
• Own escalation management for installation and customer-satisfaction issues across operations.
