Job summary

Trackunit, a leading IoT company, seeks a senior expert to own cellular licensing and SEP strategies across device portfolios. You will coordinate licensing, compliance, and regulatory affairs with legal, product, and engineering teams while maintaining strong executive visibility.

You will steer global type approvals (RED/CE, FCC, ISED, UKCA) and adapt to evolving regulatory requirements, partnering with cert bodies and external counsel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on regulatory, certification, or IP/licensing experience in mobile, IoT, or telecom hardware.

Responsibilities

• Own our SEP position across the device portfolio and licensing programs.
• Run supplier licensing due diligence and qualification processes.
• Support licensing negotiations with counsel and executives.
• Manage global type approvals and certification across regions (RED/CE, FCC, etc.).
• Monitor regulatory changes and update internal playbooks and guidance.
• Explain complex licensing topics clearly to non-experts and guide customer conversations.
