Job summary

Trackunit is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to operate and scale our cloud platform, spanning AWS, Kubernetes, and our Terraform/Terramate based IaC. You will collaborate with a Europe-wide SRE group and contribute to secure, reliable services used by thousands daily.

You will join a hands‑on team with room to grow into larger design work, while supporting developers and users across Denmark. Remote work from anywhere in Denmark is possible.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience running workloads on AWS.
• Basic knowledge with Kubernetes.
• Basic knowledge about infrastructure as code, ideally Terraform.
• Comfortable with Git, Linux and Windows.
• Clear written communication — tickets, PRs, and docs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and improve the platform: monitor, alert, capacity, cost, and small improvements.
• Code-driven changes via Terraform and Helm; reviewed as PRs and delivered through Atlantis and Argo CD.
• Keep the platform secure: patching, remediation, base image updates, and closing findings.
• Participate in incident response; on‑call rotation during business hours and post‑incident follow‑ups.
• Triage requests from developer teams; unblock and identify automation opportunities.
