Job summary

Undagrid, part of EnOcean, seeks a senior Customer Success Engineer to be the technical face of our asset-tracking platform for a global customer base. You will guide customers from demonstrations through deployment, training and day-to-day operations, turning field learnings into better products.

Based in Copenhagen, Munich or Utrecht, the role involves close collaboration with Sales, Product Management and Engineering, performing platform demos, deployment planning, and hands-on configuration,

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in asset tracking, IoT, RTLS, telematics, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of BLE-based indoor positioning, GPS/GNSS-based outdoor tracking, and cellular IoT.
• Experience with asset tracking platforms, dashboards, analytics and customer reporting; familiarity with Grafana, Git, Jira.
• Experience installing and configuring network equipment in aviation or logistics.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving across hardware, connectivity and software.
• Good understanding of business processes enabling discussion of technical capabilities and business value.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders; able to travel worldwide.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical counterpart in customer meetings alongside Sales/PM and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Deliver platform demonstrations and showcase advanced functionality to create confidence with customers.
• Support solution design and deployment planning for new projects and assist customers globally.
• Configure and administer the platform, including tenant creation, user management, dashboards, reports, and minor customizations.
• Deliver technical and operational training for customer teams, from end users to IT staff.
• Travel to customer sites as needed for deployments, workshops, and reviews.
• Validate solutions in the field, identify issues and drive resolution.
• Capture customer requirements and translate into product feedback with sales/PM/engineering.
