Job summary

BEC is seeking an Implementation Consultant to drive successful deployments of banking solutions across our Nordhavn and Roskilde offices, with the option to work remotely up to two days per week. You will lead change initiatives, coordinate webinars, create training materials, and collaborate with Product Management and Agile teams.

The role requires hands-on implementation experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and fluency in Danish and English.

Qualifications

• Experience with implementation, change management, product adoption or similar activities.
• Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assess implementation complexity, customer impact and support needed by banks.
• Develop fit-for-purpose implementation approaches and plans based on business needs.
• Advise and support teams in developing implementation materials for successful rollout.
• Apply proven approaches such as ADKAR to support go-live, adoption and value realization.
