Job summary

BEC is seeking an Implementation Consultant to drive successful deployments of banking solutions across our Nordhavn and Roskilde offices, with the option to work remotely up to two days per week. You will lead change initiatives, coordinate webinars, create training materials, and collaborate with Product Management and Agile teams.

The role requires hands-on implementation experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and fluency in Danish and English.

Qualifications

• Experience with implementation, change management, product adoption or similar activities.
• Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assess implementation complexity, customer impact and support needed by banks.
• Develop fit-for-purpose implementation approaches and plans based on business needs.

The Implementation Team supports BEC’s customers in successfully taking new business solutions into use.We focus particularly on initiatives and customer deliverables that involvesignificant changefor users, employees,or customers in the banks.

As an Implementation Consultant,youbringachange and customer perspectivefromearly analysis and planning through rollout, organizationalanchoringand follow-up.Youwillprovideimplementationguidance andtakea hands-onrole inkey implementation activitieswhen required.

Depending on thesituation,this includeschangeassessment,coordination, communication,webinars,training packages, go-to-marketmaterials,and other implementation activities.

Thisrolegives youthe opportunity tocollaborateacrossthe BEC&Scoutzorganization, includingProduct Management, Customer AccountManagementandagile development teams, as well asdirectly with representatives fromthebanks.

Your key responsibilities:

Assess implementation complexity, customer impact,andthesupportneededbythe banks.

Develop fit-for-purpose implementation approaches and plans based on the needs of the business deliverable.

Advise and support teamsindevelopingimplementation materials for successful implementation.

Able to applyprovenapproachessuch as ADKARto supportsuccessful go-live, adoption and value realization.

To succeed in the role you:

Take ownership of your assignmentsand are comfortable working independently while actively collaborating andseekingsparring when needed.

Have experience with implementation, change management, productadoptionor similar activities.

Understand organizational change management and are familiar with methodologies such as ADKAR.

Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).

It is an advantage if you:

Haveexperiencefromthe financial and/or technology sector.

Arefamiliar with agile ways of working.

Are motivated by customer-centricity, useradoptionandrealizingvalue forthe target groups.

Location and collaboration

Thepositioninvolves workingfrom bothourNordhavnandRoskildeoffices.Physical presenceis an important part of the role, as you areexpected to be visible and collaborate closely with the domain,programand teams you support, as well as with your colleagues in the Implementation Team.
