Job summary

Benifex Denmark A/S is seeking a Solution Consultant to bridge customers and internal teams, delivering employee benefits portal implementations. You will translate requirements into best-practice designs and own solutions end-to-end, communicating clearly to both non-technical stakeholders and technical experts.

Role covers varied projects across UK&I and international markets, with emphasis on user experience, robust processes and trusted advisor relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing, requirements-gathering role within a project delivery environment.
• Proven ability to deliver multiple customer projects simultaneously.
• Experience working on system integration projects, ideally HR or Payroll integrations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex or technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Collaborative team player with a solution-oriented, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with customers, brokers and benefit providers throughout implementation projects across UK&I and international markets.
• Gather, document and analyse customer requirements, producing detailed solution designs aligned to Benifex best practices.
• Partner with technical colleagues to design feasible, scalable solutions that meet customer goals within Benifex technology.
• Identify risks, exceptions and edge cases early, designing robust end-to-end processes and workflows.
• Deliver solutions with a strong focus on user experience for both employees and customer administrators.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert on benefits, Benifex solutions and integrations for internal teams.
• Support product development initiatives with customer and market insights.
• Represent Benifex as a solution expert in sales meetings when required.
• Contribute to and continuously improve Benifex best-practice libraries, processes and implementation standards.
• Share knowledge and act as a role model within the consulting community, supporting the development of others.
• Continuously research and expand your understanding of the global benefits landscape.
