Job summary

EG Silkeborg Data seeks an Implementation Consultant to deploy SD Løn, train customer teams, and advise on process improvements. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and BI professionals to ensure a valuable IT investment for municipalities and regions across Denmark.

You will travel about two days per week, train larger groups, and help customers maximize payroll efficiency with strong focus on Danish public sector needs. A driver's license and Danish fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll production, preferably from the public sector.
• Fluent in Danish, written and spoken.
• Excellent communicator and facilitator who enjoys presenting to and training groups.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Commercially minded with customer service and business sense.
• Able to use AI in daily work as applicable.
• Driver's license (Category B).

Responsibilities

• Implement the payroll solution SD Løn at customer sites.
• Deliver training courses and workshops for users.
• Advise customers on optimizing processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and BI team.
• Prepare user guides and training materials and keep documentation up to date.
• Travel approximately 2 days per week to customer sites.
