Job summary

BEC is seeking a Customer Consultant to join the Customer Consultants team in Roskilde. You will contribute to customer relations, ensure timely agreements, and support implementations and proposals.

The role combines office collaboration with up to 8 remote days per month, reporting to the Customer Account Managers and working with Development, Operations, Legal and Finance to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Customer Consultant

We are searching for a Customer Consultant to join our team

This position is based at our friendly office in Roskilde (Denmark), and you will join team Customer Consultants organized in Customer & Business Processes. The team is in charge of customer relations together with our Customer Account Managers, and we secure high customer satisfaction towards agreements and economy with our customers.

The position offers you the chance to be a part of a highly skilled and dedicated customer team, where collaboration, timely agreements, improvements, and customer satisfaction is a part of our exciting agenda.

At BEC, we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to 8 days per month. Your direct manager will be Rasmus Rosenville Nielsen.

Primary task and responsibilities include:

• Strengthen our customer relations and satisfaction


• Engage with our customers to secure value of the deliveries from BEC


• Handle administrative tasks – including economy, agreements and proposals


• Stakeholder management with Development, Operations, Legal and Finance


• Continual improvement of internal processes and ways of working

To succeed you will have:
