Job summary

BEC in Denmark is seeking an Implementation Consultant to help banks adopt new solutions and manage change from analysis to rollout. You will lead cross‑functional collaboration with Product Management, Customer Account Management and agile teams to drive successful implementations.

The role emphasizes go‑live support, adoption, and value realization, with fluent Danish and English required. A hybrid setup is offered with presence in both Nordhavn and Roskilde offices to foster collaboration and

Qualifications

• Experience with implementation, change management, or product adoption.
• Knowledge of organizational change management frameworks such as ADKAR.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.
• Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Assess implementation complexity, customer impact, and required support.
• Develop fit-for-purpose implementation approaches and plans.
• Advise and support teams in creating implementation materials.
• Apply ADKAR and other proven approaches to go-live, adoption and value realization.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Customer Account Management and agile teams.
• Engage with bank representatives and ensure successful rollout.
