RDT is seeking a Commercial Manager to join the Commercial Management department in the offshore wind sector, based in Kolding, Denmark. The role offers a balanced hybrid work model and monthly travel to ensure alignment with Project Managers and Package Leads from inception to final settlement.

You will lead the commercial strategy for Major Component Exchange campaigns, manage contracts, assess risks, and drive cost control across multiple geographies, cultures, and teams.

Formación

• Senior level experience in contract management and negotiation (BIMCO, FIDIC).
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external parties in best interest of the project.
• Strong English communication and cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead commercial strategy and embedded support for MCE campaigns.
• Drive cost control, value engineering, and commercial performance monitoring.
• Support procurement and contract management through negotiations and framework agreements.
