Job summary

Semco Maritime seeks a Tender Manager to secure offshore wind opportunities and lead the complete tender lifecycle from qualification to contract award. You will coordinate specialists across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Finance, Procurement and HSEQ to create clear, compliant, and customer‑focused proposals.

You will report to the Sales Director, Service. The role involves travel to customer meetings, site visits and tender activities, with base locations including Esbjerg, Aarhus,

Qualifications

• Experience in tender or bid management, preferably in offshore wind or renewables.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary tenders with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of tender governance, compliance, cost estimation, pricing and negotiations.
• Excellent written English and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tender/document management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver tenders with clear ownership and governance.
• Establish tender strategies, plans and timelines across the bid team.
• Coordinate technical, commercial, contractual and procurement input into proposals.
• Manage pricing inputs, assumptions, exclusions and internal approvals.
• Prepare and quality‑assure customer submissions and capture lessons learned.
