Job summary

Semco Maritime, Esbjerg-based, is seeking a Tender Manager to lead the complete tender lifecycle for renewable offshore service opportunities, with a focus on offshore wind. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely, compliant submissions to win contracts.

You will report to Sales Director, Service, working across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Finance, Procurement and HSEQ. Travel to customer meetings and site visits is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in tender or bid management within offshore wind or related sectors.
• Leading complex, multidisciplinary tenders involving several internal and external stakeholders.
• Understanding tender governance, cost estimation, pricing, contractual risk, approvals, negotiations, and handovers.
• Excellent written English and strong communication, editing, planning, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant tender platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver assigned tenders with clear ownership and disciplined governance.
• Establish tender strategies, plans, timelines, responsibilities, review gates, and communication routines.
• Coordinate technical, operational, commercial, contractual, procurement, finance, and HSEQ contributions into proposals.
• Manage pricing inputs, exclusions, compliance, risks, opportunities, clarifications, and approvals.
• Prepare and quality-assure customer submissions and capture lessons learned.
