Job summary

Semco Maritime is seeking an Area Manager (f/m/d) to lead the regional delivery of our Main Component Exchanges within offshore wind across Northern & Central Europe or the UK.

You will oversee Project Management, Operational Management and Marine Operations, ensuring safe, efficient and predictable delivery with strong customer relationships. Travel will be regular as projects vary in duration and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Proven leadership experience in offshore wind, marine operations, energy services, or comparable industry.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, operations, and customer management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Strong HSEQ mindset and commitment to safe execution.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional project and operational delivery performance.
• Ensure delivery of customer commitments regarding safety, quality, schedule and cost.
• Prioritize resources and resolve cross-project conflicts.
• Manage customer, operational, and project escalations.
• Support strategic workload and capability planning.
• Drive collaboration across Project Management, Operational Management and Marine Operations.
• Ensure implementation of the MCE operating model across the region.
• Support Sales & Business Development with customer, market and operational expertise.
