Job summary

Semco Maritime is seeking an Area Manager for Main Component Exchanges to lead regional delivery across Northern & Central Europe and the UK. The role focuses on safe, efficient, and predictable execution of offshore campaigns, with accountability for regional performance and stakeholder relations.

The position requires someone with a proactive leadership style, strong technical or PM background, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or PM.
• Proven leadership in offshore wind, marine operations, energy services, or a comparable industry.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, operations, and customer management.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional project and operational delivery performance.
• Ensure delivery of safety, quality, schedule, and cost commitments.
• Prioritize resources and resolve cross-project conflicts.
• Manage customer, operational, and project escalations.
• Support strategic workload and capability planning.
• Drive collaboration across Project Mgmt, Ops, and Marine Ops.
• Ensure implementation of the MCE operating model across the region.
