Job summary

CS WIND Offshore in Aalborg, Denmark, seeks a sales specialist to drive projects from early customer engagement through contract closure, coordinating tender activities and leading bid strategies in an international context.

You will build strong relationships with customers and strategic partners, maintain seamless handovers to execution, and identify new business opportunities to support market growth while collaborating across a global team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and contract negotiations, preferably within renewables, heavy industry, or offshore sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen and a structured approach to complex sales and contract management processes.
• Collaborative team player with strong technical understanding and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
