Job summary

LuxGuard Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Herning, Denmark. You will develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in hotel sales, a proven track record of meeting targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Travel may be required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target markets
• Negotiate contracts with corporate clients, travel agencies and other partners
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Attend trade shows, conferences and networking events to promote the hotel
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to travel for business purposes if needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Knowledge of local market trends and competition in the hospitality industry
• Previous experience working with revenue management systems
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus

Salary

1200$ per month negotiable based on experience

Location

Herning Denmark accommodation may be provided if necessary
