Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key accounts
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors activities
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing to create promotional offers and packages
• Train and supervise the sales team to ensure they meet their targets and provide exceptional service to guests
• Prepare reports on sales performance revenue and expenses for management review

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales preferably in a luxury hotel setting
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English additional languages preferred
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with clients
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
