Abbott Rapid Diagnostics is seeking a Technical Support Associate in Denmark. You will deliver first-line technical support to healthcare professionals and customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and web-based tools.

You will document issues, guide troubleshooting, and maintain detailed records to ensure regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service or technical support, a Life Sciences related degree, and fluency in English and Danish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Certificate/Diploma in Life Sciences or related field.
• 1+ year experience in customer service, technical support, healthcare support or clinical/medical environment.
• Fluency in English and Danish.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web-based support tools.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting and technical guidance on Abbott Rapid Diagnostics products.
• Gather and document information to support investigations and resolution.
• Maintain records of customer complaints and inquiries per quality/regulatory requirements.
• Communicate investigation findings clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate with colleagues across functions to resolve issues.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance customer experience.
• Build knowledge of product portfolios and support processes.
• Manage multiple priorities with timely follow-up.
