Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel in Copenhagen is seeking a Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead the daily operation of our dining spaces. You will work hands-on on the floor, guiding the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding our service standards.

The ideal candidate brings proven F&B leadership, a passion for hospitality, and fluency in Danish and English; you will manage budget, train staff, and drive service excellence in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food & beverage service.
• Excellent managerial and hands-on leadership.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
• Willingness to work on the floor with the team.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department.
• Active hands-on role on the floor during service.
• Leads by example, staying visible and engaging with guests.
• Improves guest satisfaction and responds to inquiries.
• Delivers on plans and hotel targets for F&B initiatives.
• Manages the F&B team and fosters growth and performance.
• Responsible for the departmental budget, costs, inventory, productivity.
• Builds relationships with key stakeholders.
• Implements initiatives that improve service standards, profitability and cost control.
• Ensures adherence to legislation and audits; follows up as required.
